On June 4, a group of beauty editors and bloggers headed to the cozy yet chic Library at New York City's posh Soho House in the trendy Meatpacking District for the launch of Schwarzkopf Professional's new BLONDME at-home collection. Celebrity hair colorist Kim Võ, who serves as the BLONDME Ambassador, was on hand to promote the collection. Võ used BLONDME to style the lineup of glamorous models, who flaunted the many tones that a BLONDME blonde can take on.
At the intimate Library space retro glam was in full force. A host of models and a Marilyn Monroe lookalike were on display donning their blondes and sexy, retro clothing. A fun photo booth enabled guests-mainly brunettes-to try on platinum wigs. Võ, whose celebrity clientele includes Kate Hudson, Katherine Heigl and Britney Spears, is renowned for his expert work on blondes.
"Blondes are everything to me-it's what I'm known for. With 1 in 4 women being blonde, I've been searching for the perfect color system that creates the multi-dimension my clients crave, the intense care they need and maximum coverage," says Võ.
The BLONDME collection offers premium care from start to finish. The collection includes All Blondes Shampoo; Shine Magnifying Spray; Illumi Lights Leave-In Conditioner; Illumi Lights Shampoo, Blonde Brilliance Intense Treatment; Blonde Brilliance Shampoo Warm Caramel; Blonde Brilliance Shampoo Cool Ice; and Blonde Brilliance Conditioner.
Available in three different ranges, BLONDE BRILLIANCE, ILLUMI LIGHTS and ALL BLONDES, BLONDME; suggested retails range from $20 to $55.
