After more than five years with the company, Beth Carson, co-founder and Sr. Vice President of Business Development for Allvus, LLC/The Sam Villa Company, will be stepping down from her day-to-day executive management role.
Carson will continue to contribute to the company's growth as a consultant working on specific projects and programs including product development and business development related opportunities with Redken and the company's other strategic partners.
"Beth has been a close friend for over 30 years and an invaluable business partner since we started this company. We couldn't have built the business without her sales and marketing experience and her skills in strategic planning and business development," says Sam Villa, Chairman.
Villa, along with Kurt Garehime, President, and Carson, founded the company in 2007 with a mission to bring "more Sam to more people" through digital education and top quality styling tools.
Since then, the company has grown into a leading brand sold exclusively through the L'Oreal affiliated professional distribution channels throughout the US and Canada.
Carson will continue in her current role through mid-January and will attend Redken's Symposium with the company.
