Medical Beauty Expo Debuts
Stylemakers Salon and Hair Restoration Institute (HRI) of DFW will host the inaugural Fort Worth Medical Beauty Expo on January 18, 2014. During the event, which will be held in in Fort Worth, Texas, attendees will have access to area doctors and clinicians across an array of fields. They'll have lots of opportunities to learn about new treatments for hair loss, skincare, hormones, and more. The event is open to the public and admission is free.
Goodies abound! Attendees will be granted $50 gift certificates from both Stylemakers and HRI of DFW. They'll also receive special offers from the participating physicians and clinics.
The program includes a glamorous fashion show and beauty demonstrations, as well as door prizes and a drawing for a $1,000 gift certificate for hair transplantation services. The lineup of models strutting down the runway will include HRI and Stylemakers clients, including local luminaries such as Tammy Dombeck-a TV traffic reporter and Scott Fossey-a TV weather anchor.

"Anyone who is interested in or curious about options available to improve their appearance in 2014 is encouraged to attend," says Shelly Beatty, owner of both Stylemakers Salon and HRI of DFW. "The new year is the perfect time for this kind of fun, no-obligation way to learn more and speak with experts who specialize in the latest medical and beauty treatments."
Participating doctors include Dr. Kenneth Sanders, HRI of DFW's surgeon-a board certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon who has specialized in hair transplantation for nearly a decade; Kevin Kallal, M.D., who serves as the medical director of HRI of DFW and heads his own practice, the Kallal Medical Group; Dr. Rhodesia LaStrap, an obstetrician and gynecologist on staff at North Hills Hospital. She is also a weight loss expert and is part of the Center for Medical Weight Loss in North Richland Hills; Glory Windmiller, D.D.S., the owner of Windmiller Dental; and Lisa Artman, president of The Skin Clinic-a medical anti-aging center.
The Fort Worth Medical Beauty Expo will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. at 1201 W. Lancaster Avenue in Fort Worth.
