Macadamia welcomes its newest team member, Marta Rubinstein-Harmon as Senior Vice President of Business Development. In her new role, Rubinstein-Harmon will be responsible for the development and implementation of go-to market strategies based on geographic locations, sales channels, and customer strengths.
She will work closely with Macadamia Professional's North America Sales Team to execute customized distribution strategies throughout all sales channels. Rubinstein-Harmon will also be responsible for developing new business, as well as implementing and expanding the Macadamia education platform.

Rubinstein-Harmon brings more than 20 years of industry experience to the position. She has worked with topnotch brands such as Redken/Trevor Sorbie where she worked as a Sales Admin Manager, and Matrix of Greater Los Angeles where she was a Sales Consultant.
Most recently, she served as Area Vice President of Sales & Education for North America for Alterna Haircare, and was responsible for leading the sales and education managers, developing multiple channels in professional distribution, national accounts and specialty beauty retail.
