HAIR’S HOW -100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase:

1. You may return any damaged items for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and Hair's How will issue the full credit including the original shipping and USPS Media Mail return postage.
2. You may return new, unused items purchased from Hair's How within 30 days of delivery. A credit will be issued to your credit card for the cost of the item[s] minus the original shipping.
3. Return postage/insurance is your responsibility should you choose to return an item.
   *Items are not returnable if packing is damaged or removed or the case/product has obviously been marked or handled in any way.
4. Hair's How does not accept returns of the used items.

Credit will be issued upon receipt of the merchandise less any shipping charges that may apply. All refunds will be returned in the same manner as which they were received. (EX: payment by check will receive a check in the mail: Credit/Debit cards will be refunded to the card used)
