Get the look:
● Blow dry hair with Grandiose Hair Plumping Mousse for texture and movement. Then add Thick Dry Finishing Spray for fullness.
● Once hair is dry, apply Soft Lacquer Heat Styling Spray and curl sections of hair with a 2-inch iron for waves that are soft.
