Dr. Lewis Losoncy is a motivational psychologist and author of 25 books on the topics of encouragement, positive attitude and teamwork. Known as the “Doctor of Encouragement,” he became deeply involved in the professional beauty industry many years ago after he gave some serious advice to one of his patients. “The next week, when I asked her if she had followed my advice, she told me, ‘No. I discussed it with my stylist and she didn’t think it was a good idea.’ Right then and there, I knew that I had to become involved with such an infl uential industry.”
Colin Walsh is the Vice President and General Manager of Matrix USA, a division of L’Ore'al.
